Who Should I Vote For?

The economy is still heading towards a major, possibly fatal meltdown and the U.S. is still killing innocent men, women and children by the dozens every day in its latest war for freedom and democracy. American families and people all over the world in ever increasing numbers are being squeezed towards poverty by the continued tightening grip of the “rich men” of the earth that oppress us and make us all little better than slaves.

The rich man’s front, Wall St, has successfully pulled off its 2 trillion dollar swindle of the tax payers, again, aided and abetted by their hired help, the politicians and the bureaucrats in the finance industry. The bailout will only help the rich, and it was all choreographed by these same swindlers. For 2 trillion dollars we could have given every American a college education and healthcare for life and also fed all the world’s poor, instead the money is given to the elites and the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

Both U.S. presidential candidates supported the bailout without question, a little lip service that the “American people” must be protected, etc. lies. The rich, who also own all the major media outlets, allowed no dissention on this bailout, the American people were never allowed to hear from hundreds of economists who knew this was a sham, a swindle, the bailout had no chance of doing what it was supposed to do. All it was supposed to do was steal the last of the middleclass’ wealth and give to the rich and that’s exactly what will happen.

I say all this to my brothers and sisters in Christ to remind you, or to let you know for the first time that you have no allies, no friends, and no brethren in politics; they will all sell you out faster than Judas sold out Jesus Christ!

God has not called you to take part in building an earthly kingdom, nor to store up earthly treasures, but, He has called you to seek a Heavenly Kingdom, a Kingdom not of this world, that will endure forever, where thieves cannot take away your true treasure. The Kingdom of Heaven can’t be sought by bombing, or killing, or stealing what belongs to others, it can only be found by preaching the True Gospel of Jesus Christ. By forsaking all the lies of this wicked world and believing on the Lord Jesus Christ.

Luk 12:22 And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on.
Luk 12:23 The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.
Luk 12:24 Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?
Luk 12:25 And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?
Luk 12:26 If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest?
Luk 12:27 Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Luk 12:28 If then God so clothe the grass, which is today in the field, and tomorrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?
Luk 12:29 And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind.
Luk 12:30 For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.
Luk 12:31 But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Luk 12:32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
Luk 12:33 Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth.
Luk 12:34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

So go ahead and vote if you want to, it’s not a sin, but if you think you are doing God a favor, or think yourself righteous by voting for a certain party or candidate than you have bought into the lies of the enemy, the apostasy of the modern day “Church”, and the following verses may very well apply to you:

2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
2Th 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshiped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
2Th 2:5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
2Th 2:6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
2Th 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
2Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
2Th 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
2Th 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
2Th 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

In Christ,

Is This The End?

Is This The End?

As I write to you the stock market is falling below 9000 points, one presidential nominee is essentially calling the other a terrorist sympathizer that will get us all killed if we vote for him, and neither is telling the truth to the people of this country about what is really going on.

What’s really going on is the government of this country has sold most of us out to the “Rich Men” of the earth that oppress us (James 2:6), and enriched themselves in the process. Those that control most of the wealth of the world have mercilessly grabbed more and more, aided and abetted by the politicians, spurred on by their own greed.

The results are a drastically lower standard of living for most of us, much less or no disposable income, heavy reliance on credit under usury terms, pay day loan stores on every block, massive foreclosures on homes, sky-rocketing personal and business bankruptcies, unaffordable or no health insurance, on and on it goes and there’s no end in sight.

The middleclass, the heart of this country, are being squeezed in every possible way to get the last penny out of them, and while the politicians give lip service to the problems they face, they are, both parties, complicit in the theft of the nation’s wealth and transfer to the rich.

So what can be done? Some think if Barack Obama is elected he’ll turn things around and give us all a fair shake. Unfortunately Obama has already been bought and paid for by the Corporate Elite as evidenced by his turnabout and subsequent massive donations from the benefactors of the Immunity for Telecom Industry bill. He had earlier threatened a filibuster to stop the bill from passing, but changed his mind apparently and afterwards was rewarded handsomely for it. Politicians aren’t the answer; the Republicans are just as bad or far worse depending on what your affiliation is.

The country is polarized by divisive politics and cultural issues, which is nothing but a distraction as we’re being robbed blind. From 1980 to today the top 1% of the economic class has increased its wealth dramatically. The middle class has been forced to desperate means just to stay afloat, keep food on the table and a roof over their heads. While the government races to save the wealthy from bad loans they leave those without lobbyists to fend for themselves.

The two-party system is first and foremost self-serving, meaning it is not going to allow a third party that might actually help the middleclass to get into a position of taking power from them. So what does the average citizen do? Some might think they’ll take matters into their own hands and force change, but believe me, the government has put all the protection it needs in place, in the form of the Patriot Act, repeal of the Posse Comitatus act (which says the government cannot use the military for law enforcement), passage of the Domestic Terrorist act (which leaves it to the government to define what is terrorism and I bet they’ll find a true citizen’s movement to get rid of them as terrorism) militarizing the police forces, suppression of peaceful protests, infiltration and subversion of all groups which protest the anti-constitutional practices of the government, you name it they’ve got it covered and you can’t win.

Is this the end? It is of any sense of liberty, freedom, and hope for a reasonable standard of living for most of America’s citizens. Most will continue down the path of corporate slavery, losing every step of the way to the rich and their paid help, the politicians, until all that most can hope for is to survive to the next day.

The Stock market closed under 8600 points today, from a high of 14,164.53 exactly one year ago and fell to 8579.19 it has lost 40%, or nearly 10 trillion dollars in a year. General Motors, once the largest corporation in the world lost over 30% of its value today alone, it’s now ranked 20th in terms of automakers in company value, and don’t be surprised if they file for bankruptcy soon! That will send the market spiraling downwards even more and there’s indeed no end in sight.

It is indeed the end. No matter what the government tries to do, it will not work; the house of cards that the American economy was built on in the last few decades is in an unstoppable downward crash. With it the world’s economic system will fall too. I don’t know how long the strings can be pulled to avoid the collapse but collapse it will. There appears no hope for the world, no way to overcome it.

I do know of one man who said “I have overcome the world”. All of the efforts of the world and its various forms of government have failed. America is often referred to as the last best hope for the world, well, if that’s true then the world has no hope … except:

Joh 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

What did He say:

Mat 6:19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
Mat 6:20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
Mat 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Mat 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Mammon, as can be ascertained from the Words of Jesus is earthly treasure, and they can turn into your master, as our Lord warns. Your bank account, your 401k, are these what you trust in? Or is the Lord what you trust in? He knows out hearts so there is no fooling Him. The financial crisis is a good way to know if the Lord or mammon is your master. We’re either working for Heavenly, or earthly treasure. If you’ve lost your earthly treasure fear not, read carefully the Lords’ Words below and let them transform your way of thinking and separate yourself from the wicked ways of the world. If you haven’t that’s good, then share them with those in need.

Mat 6:25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
Mat 6:26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
Mat 6:27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
Mat 6:28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
Mat 6:29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Mat 6:30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
Mat 6:31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
Mat 6:32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Mat 6:34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Amen!

Fear Not!

Dear Brethren,

As we see from the news there are hard times ahead, but fear not says our Lord! He has overcome the world and we shall too, as long as we abide in Him. We can’t look to the government or any worldly institutions, but we must keep our eyes on Jesus! We have His promises to sustain us. The world will try to make us fearful with news of terrorism, economic meltdowns, and other news that’s designed to scare us into conforming to the world’s way of thinking. But if we’ll abide in Jesus and keep our minds focused on the True Gospel, read our Bibles and meditate upon the Word of God day and night we’ll be able to overcome anything the world throws at us, in Christ! Let us come to the Father through Jesus:

Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

And then as we abide completely in the Father and the Son, remember that our life is Christ, He is life!

Gal 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

By faith we’ll live in peace, trusting the Lord for all our needs, always seeking His Kingdom and His Righteousness. We won’t be concerned if our earthly treasures are lost, because we know that our true treasures, our true rewards are in Heaven!

Fear not!

Joh 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Be Separate from the World Says The Lord

Be Separate from the World Says the Lord

Rom 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
Rom 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

2Co 6:17 Wherefore Come ye out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, And touch no unclean thing; And I will receive you,
2Co 6:18 And will be to you a Father, And ye shall be to me sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

As we’ve seen in our other writings, most of America’s “Christians” live by an evil system that is by its nature an offense to God. Taking advantage of the poor is called “good stewardship”. The fatherless are left to fend for them selves for the most part. Widows and mothers with children whose husbands have left them are demonized if they seek help from the government.

The wealthiest corporations are given every economic advantage and the middle-class, or what is left of it, is being mercilessly squeezed out of existence until there are only the rich and the poor. Wars are endlessly fought leading to millions of innocent deaths and massive profits for the same wealthy, based on lies. Privatization and deregulation have led to obscene profits and business practices that anyone with a conscience should be ashamed of. Worse yet, very soon these actions will lead to terrible hardship for all but the wealthiest.

The Churches have conformed to the American way of doing business and their success is now based on numbers, similar to corporate balance sheets. Still, most in the “Church” don’t grasp that they are faraway from Christ and in grave danger of being shut out of the Kingdom forever!

Most in the Church say “God bless America” as if there is some reason why He should? Most in the Church say “God bless our troops”, as if God would want them to be successful in killing innocent civilians whose only crime is living on top of land with large amounts of oil or natural gas. Most in the Church say “God bless Israel” as they continue to criminalize preaching the Gospel to its own citizens and commit the most heinous crimes against the Palestinian people.

Most in the Church will not listen to what we are saying; just dismiss us as fringe elements. They’ll go to their Churches on Sunday and get a pep-talk from their financial advisor, masquerading as their Pastor, about how God wants them to be rich.

2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2Ti 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

We, as believers and Disciples of Christ should know that riches are a hindrance to our relationship with God, not a blessing, but spurred on by apostate leaders in the Church, who excite the lusts of the flesh within them, many “Christians” are seeking material gain and not Spiritual:

Jas 4:3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may spend it in your pleasures.
Jas 4:4 Ye adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore would be a friend of the world maketh himself an enemy of God.
Jas 4:5 Or think ye that the scripture speaketh in vain? Doth the spirit which he made to dwell in us long unto envying?

As the “Christian” gets farther and farther from the True Gospel, and closer and closer to conforming to the world, he/she hears the voice of the world and it shuts out the Word of God, unless it can be twisted into supporting the lusts of the flesh. The “Christian” starts to believe things like: We should be rich and we need to store up wealth here on earth, war is acceptable and God is on our side as we democratize and “Christianize” the world for Christ, we need to form political groups so we can get laws passed to “Christianize” America, We need bigger Churches and wealthier ministries to prove how blessed we are…

Slowly, over time, following the lusts of the flesh and not the Holy Spirit, being lovers of themselves and not the truth most “Christians” are serving Mammon and not God. They don’t want to hear that we are to forsake the lusts of the flesh and pick up our crosses and follow Jesus, no; they want to hear endless promises of prosperity and that before things get too bad here on earth they’ll be raptured away. In short, the time has come when most “Christians” will not endure sound teaching; they can no longer hear the leading of Christ. As a result when we are called to come out of this evil system and be with our Lord and Savior forever they won’t hear it:

Rev 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
Rev 18:5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.

Instead they’ll be the ones spoken of by Christ in the following warning:

Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father who is in heaven.
Mat 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy by thy name, and by thy name cast out demons, and by thy name do many mighty works?
Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Praise our Heavenly Father and His only Begotten Son, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for it’s not too late! Repent from serving the world and not the Lord and listen to and live by His Commandments on how to live:

Mat 6:19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal:
Mat 6:20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth consume, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
Mat 6:21 for where thy treasure is, there will thy heart be also.
Mat 6:22 The lamp of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
Mat 6:23 But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is the darkness!
Mat 6:24 No man can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
Mat 6:25 Therefore I say unto you, be not anxious for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than the food, and the body than the raiment?
Mat 6:26 Behold the birds of the heaven, that they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; and your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are not ye of much more value then they?
Mat 6:27 And which of you by being anxious can add one cubit unto the measure of his life?
Mat 6:28 And why are ye anxious concerning raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
Mat 6:29 yet I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Mat 6:30 But if God doth so clothe the grass of the field, which to-day is, and to-morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
Mat 6:31 Be not therefore anxious, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
Mat 6:32 For after all these things do the Gentiles seek; for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
Mat 6:33 But seek ye first his kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Mat 6:34 Be not therefore anxious for the morrow: for the morrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Amen! Read the entire Sermon on the Mount, Mat chapter 5-7, read it again and again, for in it Jesus lays out how we are to live, yesterday, today and forever! And if we follow it we’ll not be conformed to this world. Think on it when so called Christian leaders are trying to twist its simple and beautiful meaning into something that serves the lusts of the flesh, and in refusing to go along with them know that you are doing the Will of God, you are storing up treasures in Heaven, The Lord Almighty will be a Father to you, and receive you as His sons and daughters!

God bless you and yours,

disciple

God Bless America?

The United States calls itself a democratic republic and a capitalist economy and is so proud of its “free-market” system it attempts to export it the world over by any means it has at its disposal, including military. The American ruling classes are quick to praise its “free and fair elections”, its freedom and liberty and equality for all, but, are these statements true? Have they ever been true?

Much of the ruling classes and their mouthpieces in the political, educational and religious establishments tout America as God’s great gift to mankind and the envy of the world. It was supposedly founded as a Christian nation, it promises liberty and justice to all its citizens. All of its foreign policy aims are altruistic, for other’s good, not the good of the few who make the policy. Freedom of the press and the three separate but equal branches of Government will ensure that the Constitution is defended and followed to the letter, and that the country will remain “of the people, by the people, and for the people” forever.

Or so we are supposed to believe. So its citizens are taught from birth to death – few question it.

The reality is none of these claims are true, fiction, in short: fairy tales!

From the beginning the ruling class paid lip-service to freedom and equality for all, but in reality the laws were designed to benefit the “Rich Men”. Voting rights were only given to land owners, the rest of the people were little better than slaves. Over time civil rights were demanded and given and taken back in accordance with the whims of the ruling class and the struggle for them by the working class.

Now, in theory, all have the right to vote but it’s still denied to many through various nefarious means such as limiting voting times and equipment depending on the racial make up of the district, switching voting sites, and improperly removing eligible voters based on their likely voting patterns and legal and illegal technicalities. Whole books could and have been devoted to the issue of depriving people of their right to vote, suffice it to say here that it is done often and usually with immunity and because of this to say America has free and fair elections is ludicrous!

Currently in the United States, using a combination of brain-washing from birth, public education and control of the news services by the “Rich Men” of the earth most Americans have been duped and don’t realize that it’s all a show put on to deceive them into being compliant corporate slaves/citizens.

The young are manipulated by the lies they hear from the public education system and the news media, and worst of all their own family members into volunteering to fight America’s Wars of Empire, for freedom and liberty they’re told, when in fact most of us have neither and never will. As for the targets of the “wars for Democracy, Freedom, or Liberty” their rights are always a cover story to the theft of their country’s natural wealth and sovereignty.

The truth is America has been under the control of the “Rich Men” that oppress the rest of us from its inception. (James 2:6)
There has been an ongoing battle for the wealth of the country from the beginning. At times the middle class or the largest part of the country has fared better than at other times. In these last days, the middle class are being squeezed out of existence, by design, by the “rich men” that really control the direction and the laws of this country. Aided and abetted by corrupt politicians the laws are skewed to protect their riches, enlarge them, and give them virtually everything they want at the expense of the working class, or majority of the population.

Little by little, the benefits that all should have: decent wages, housing, education and healthcare are becoming privileges that fewer and fewer have. The wealth of the nation is becoming evermore concentrated at the top. By design the decent paying jobs are shipped overseas, replaced with low paying service jobs with little or no benefits. By design the vast majority of the country is forced into debt to keep up with expenses, to maintain a decent standard of living. Credit cards or refinancing their houses (or both) to take advantage of over inflated real estate values was the only way most could come up with the money to stay afloat in the last ten years.

Now the “Rich Men” have decided that it’s time to shrink the money supply, no more easy credit, and millions are at the end of their ropes. The economy won’t grow, home values are falling, and prices are rising, the job market is still shrinking and most have no where to go but down. Many owe more for their houses than they are worth; they don’t make enough to pay their bills and they have no where to turn for help. A large portion of these people will lose their houses. By design you get people over extended and in financial trouble, force them into bad loans, then move to tighten the money supply and as they lose their jobs, get hopelessly in debt, the “Rich Men” are in perfect position to move in and buy everything up for a fraction of what it’s worth.

Again, this is all accomplished with the cooperation of corrupt politicians, comparable to the “Publicans” spoken of in the Bible. And it isn’t the first time it’s happened, but, since the Great Depression of the 30’s it hasn’t happened on such a large scale as the catastrophe that is right around the corner for America and the world.

How could anyone be so cruel as to do this to millions of people on purpose? Don’t they realize the pain they are going to cause? Don’t they realize this will destroy hundreds of thousands of families and lead to death from hunger, diseases untreated, rising crime and suicides from the incredible despair they are causing … By Design?! In the past it was called rigging the scales to cheat people, nowadays it’s a lot more complex, but the outcome is the same, the rich steal from the poor and because they have the “law” bought and paid for it’s legal and they will get away with it … in this world! No wonder the Lord and His Prophets are so harsh toward the rich:

Mat 19:23 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Luk 1:53 He hath filled the hungry with good things; and the rich he hath sent empty away.
Luk 6:24 But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation.
Jas 5:1 Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.

Let’s close by summarizing the lies:
Much of the ruling classes and their mouthpieces in the political, educational and religious establishments tout America as God’s great gift to mankind and the envy of the world.

Of course false, and a case of the blind leading the blind (Mat 15:14): Few people outside of America are fooled by the “Rich Men” and their media/propaganda outlets. Ask the Native Americans, Mexicans, Philippines, Cubans, Iranians, Iraqis, Vietnamese, or any of the other victims of America’s belligerence if they think America is God’s gift to them – keep in mind that all of these wars were wars of aggression, of choice, resulting in the deaths of MILLIONS of innocent people and they were all started by lying to the American people!

It was founded as a Christian nation…

What is Christian about slaughtering the original inhabitants of the country to establish a “Christian Nation”? That is an insult to the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the nth degree!

Freedom of the press and the three separate but equal branches of Government will ensure that the Constitution is defended and followed to the letter, and that the country will remain “of the people, by the people, and for the people” forever.

As we’ve said already the press may be free, but if it’s owned by the “Rich Men” who oppress us - it’s not likely to go against its masters and it doesn’t. This is a vital piece to the brainwashing of America’s citizens and it was accomplished by the politicians being bribed by the “Rich” to allow them to buy up the free press to the extent that it’s just corporate propaganda now and no longer a safeguard of freedom. The three separate but equal branches of government have also failed to check each other. If congress or the press had done their jobs in the past regarding the Vietnam War, or the recent past regarding Iraq, millions of people that are dead as a result would be alive now. The press, the three branches of government and a military-industrial-congressional complex without a conscious – just a lust for more and more money have turned America into the “greatest purveyor of violence in the world” as the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said in 1967, and it’s just as true today. All this to make it sadly true the following parody of Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg address finale: a government of the rich, by the rich, and for the rich.

As Christians we are to expect this kind of behavior from the world:

1Jn 5:19 We know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in the evil one.

That’s why we are to be separate from this world: It’s evil, its rulers are evil and they all serve the evil one - that is Satan! America’s socio-economic system, masquerading as a capitalist-democratic society is an evil Babylonian system – an offense to God!

2Co 6:14 Be not unequally yoked with unbelievers: for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? or what communion hath light with darkness?
2Co 6:15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what portion hath a believer with an unbeliever?
2Co 6:16 And what agreement hath a temple of God with idols? for we are a temple of the living God; even as God said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
2Co 6:17 Wherefore Come ye out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, And touch no unclean thing; And I will receive you,
2Co 6:18 And will be to you a Father, And ye shall be to me sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
Luk 6:22 Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.
Rom 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

No, unless we allow the Word of God to be taken from us by following after the Babylonian System. If we act like the Apostates do, the Pagans, the unbelievers and chase after the things of this world then:

Mat 13:22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

Our Lord and Savior gives us all the answers we need:

Mat 6:19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
Mat 6:20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
Mat 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Yes, there will be trials and tribulations in this world and when you refuse to be a part of the compromise with the world you’ll suffer and be persecuted. Again Jesus' Words are the way through it:

Joh 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

And in Christ we shall overcome it too.

Mat 10:22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

God bless you and yours,

Capitalism and Christianity - A Match Made in Hell!

The “Church” has defiled itself. It has committed idolatry; it has prostituted itself in the search for larger congregations and bigger buildings and personal wealth for its leaders. It has turned from serving God to serving Mammon. We have hundreds and hundreds of wealthy “Church” leaders preaching an apostate message of wealth as a blessing from God. Spiritual fornicators!

Despite our blessed Lord and Savior’s numerous warnings to the contrary, there is a never-ending string of sermons that teach the gullible to pray for wealth, give money to get back money, ten, thirty, a hundred times or more! These teachers of apostasy are wolves in sheep’s clothing and there is ample warning in the New Testament about them:

1Ti 3:3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre;* but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;
1Ti 3:8 Likewise must the deacons be grave, not doubletongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre;
Tit 1:7 For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not self-willed, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre;
Tit 1:11 Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake.
1Pe 5:2 Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;
* John Wesley defines Lucre as “All that is gained (above food and raiment) by ministering in holy things is filthy gain indeed; far more filthy than what is honestly gained by raking kennels, or emptying common sewers.
Jamieson, Fausset and Brown say: not making the Gospel a means of gain.
John Gill says: not covetous of getting money, of amassing wealth and riches together; or desirous of popular applause and glory from men.
Matthew Henry: One who is not greedy of filthy lucre, who does not make his ministry to truckle to any secular design or interest, who uses no mean, base, sordid ways of getting money, who is dead to the wealth of this world, lives above it, and makes it appear he is so.

Seems pretty clear to me, but, when you start down the path to riches you tend to stop thinking clearly. You justify the excesses by saying things like “we’ll be able to reach more people with the “Gospel”, “it takes a lot of money to preach the Gospel”, “if I don’t charge $99.95 for my new book I won’t be able to reach more people”, etc., etc. In reality though you start buying more expensive suits, cars, housing, you start hiring on more people, usually family, and giving them larger salaries and of course the “leader” deserves a bigger salary. The largest ministries and their leaders today have assets in the millions, salaries of over a million dollars a year! They have their own planes! How far away from the apostle Paul is that? But that’s where chasing after riches will lead you, far from God and in the lap of Mammon.

Mar 10:23 And Jesus looked round about, and saith unto his disciples, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!
Mar 10:24 And the disciples were astonished at his words. But Jesus answereth again, and saith unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God!
1Ti 6:9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.

What has happened over the past 2,000 years is that the Words of Jesus Christ have been twisted to justify the lusts of the flesh. That’s how the “Church” has gone from being content with food and clothing to seeking wealth as a “sign” of God’s blessing. The “Church” has corrupted itself and is using the principles of capitalism to run its operations. The “leaders” lie and extort “tithes” out of their congregants as if we are still under the law.

2Co 9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

The pastors hand out cards and ask their flocks to write down their salaries and then give that to the bankers to get them to approve a loan based on 10% of the salaries for a bigger, better “Church” building. They attend seminars on how to get bigger audiences, bigger buildings, more finances. They draw up business plans and instead of being concerned with feeding the flock they are more concerned with their bank accounts! They are not churches any more but businesses! Next they’ll be selling shares of stock!

If you’re in a “Church” like this, try and turn them back to God and away from Mammon, if you can’t, then leave. I can tell you from personal experience that riches corrupt the most sincere believers, and you are not likely to have any success in turning them away; the lure is very powerful, a very strong delusion, but you and I must continue to try.

God bless you and yours in Jesus Name,

disciple

I'm in the World, but, No Longer of it!

I'm in this world, but, I'm no longer of it. How can I be, and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ? I tried, I went to Church and listened to the Preacher's version of the Gospel, how they had conformed to this world. How they could chase after the pleasures of this world, money, big houses, new cars, political power, wars, etc., and twist that to the message of the True Gospel and it didn't add up. When I first looked into the Bible, or being saved, I went to see a Lutheran pastor, and he gave me a Bible, which I read frequently. After a while of just reading the Bible I went to a few different Churches, some of them had very low key services, some tried to put on a show, and some completely turned my stomach! None of them, to me, seemed to be what the Bible called for in a Church.
I went to a few Baptist Churches and their services were very laid back, they'd read a few verses of the Bible and try and explain what they meant, or in most cases explain away the plain truth of Jesus' Words, listen to some bad music, pass the offering plate around and go home. The same thing happened at the Lutheran and Methodist and Episcopal Churches I went to. Basically they didn't say much of anything. Or they'd take a hard line against a few of the sins which most of the Churches are in agreement on, homosexuality, gay marriage, adultery, etc. If they didn't do that then the preacher would go out of his or her way to not offend anyone.
I went to a couple "Charismatic" or "Pentecostal" Churches and they would put on a show. They talked in tongues, or so they said, no one was there to interpret. When they talked in tongues they all seemed to say the same thing, or make the same sounds anyways. Then they would all shout and raise their hands and then run around the Church and hop on one leg or any number of things that the "spirit" was leading them to do. When my wife and I didn't feel led by the "spirit" to do the same, others under the "spirit" would encourage us to just fake it until we were under the same "spirit" as they were.
Usually the messages were to pray for the Church to grow and for us as members of the congregation to grow our bank accounts as well. I have heard quite a few sermons like this and to be honest my flesh really wanted to hear it. "Gods wants me to be rich"! "We'll honor God by showing how wealthy He has made us and our Church"! When we have the largest and fanciest Church building and the preacher is driving a BMW and the parking lot is of full of Hummers and Lexus's, Cadillac's, etc., we'll know we are blessed! Problem being the Bible says:
Mat 19:23 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Mat 19:24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. Luk 1:53 He hath filled the hungry with good things; and the rich he hath sent empty away.
Luk 6:24 But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation.
Luk 18:22 Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.
Luk 18:23 And when he heard this, he was very sorrowful: for he was very rich.
Luk 18:24 And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!
1Ti 6:9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
Jas 5:1 Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.
Riches, as Jesus and the Apostles explain very carefully in the verses above are a hindrance to salvation, not a sign of being blessed! In my opinion, this is trying to serve mammon and God at the same time:
Luk 16:13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
So in the "Church", for the most part, there's an apostate (fallen away from the true Gospel, or conformed to this world) Gospel being preached every Sunday.
After a few years of this, I quit going to Church and started watching televangelists. This opened up a whole new area for apostasy to come in. Of course the same false doctrine of the "Prosperity Movement" was prevalent. But there were new lies, The "Rapture", or how God was going to take the "Church" out of the world and then destroy everyone that was left, unless they accepted Jesus Christ. There was the "Dominionist Theory" or how God is calling His "Church" to take control of the world, by military means if necessary, so that Christ can return for His "Church". This particular area of apostasy was what led to me to drop out of organized religion all together and started me on my search for the Truth. A couple of my favorite televangelists at the time, Charles Stanley and John Hagee were emphatically supporting the American invasion of Iraq. In fact they were going so far as to say if we didn't support the President in the war we were going against God. That was indeed the final straw.
The apostates were no longer content to steal money from the gullible with false teachings, they now were publicly supporting military action which has so far led to the slaughter of over a million innocents in Iraq!
They were doing it in God's Name, they said, according to their interpretation of prophetic scriptures. In preaching their message of military action they proved that they had totally disregarded Jesus' commandments to His disciples, and that they had no understanding of the new Covenant, or just complete disregard for it, for the sake of bloodlust. In other words they are either Biblically incompetent or they are warmongers.
Mat 5:38 Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:
Mat 5:39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.
Eph 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
Eph 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Luk 3:14 And the soldiers likewise demanded of him, saying, And what shall we do? And he said unto them, Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely; and be content with your wages.
As has been plainly shown above, a Christian, or a disciple of Christ, has no Biblical mandate to use violence EVER! I'll be getting into the apostate doctrines in more detail in the near future.
God bless you and yours,

disciple

Israel, the United States, and the "Strong Delusion"

Israel, and the United States, and the "Strong Delusion"

2Th 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
2Th 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
2Th 2:13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

In this Epistle Paul warns of the dangers to the Apostates, or those that fall away from the true Gospel. In the end times, the times we live in now, those that call themselves the "Church", have as a whole lost their love of the truth!

The "Church" for the most part has been deceived by false doctrines that "tickle their ears", or that justify the lusts of their flesh. One of the most common: The Prosperity Movement which insists that God wants "His" people to be rich. In the last blog we showed quite a few scriptures that prove that riches, far from being a blessing from God, are a hindrance to the salvation of those that chase after them, or try to hang on to them. The Dominionist Theory, basically says that God is calling "His" people to take over the country and the world so Christ can return. This particular theory is used to justify collaboration with the world to use military and political means to accomplish the goal of "taking back America, and the world for Christ".

Also included in this heresy is the belief that modern, secular Israel is the Israel of God, and that we're called to support them or be cursed. We're required to support them in their battles with their neighbors and their land expansion plans, and if we don't God will destroy America. The Bible verses most commonly used to support their false interpretations are:

1. Gen 12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

This first one is used (by the Apostates) to show that we as a nation must support modern day Israel in all ways or else face the wrath of God. What it doesn't take into consideration is that the promise is to Abraham, not Israel as a nation, as Abraham himself never even stepped foot into the Promised Land of Israel. Later in the Bible God makes the promise to Abraham's seed, which many in the "Church" falsely assume to be modern day, secular Israel. The Bible is clear that the seed of Abraham is Jesus Christ!

Rom 4:13 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.

Rom 4:14 For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect:

Rom 4:15 Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.

Rom 4:16 Therefore it is faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father us all,

Rom 4:17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

Rom 4:18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.

Gal 3:16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

Gal 3:29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

He, Jesus Christ, is the fulfillment of all the promises God made to Abraham and his seed! If the seed were only the Jews or Israelites of that age and the modern age then how could all the families of the earth be blessed by it? They couldn't be, of course. So then at the time of Christ's ministry on the earth, the Jews were indeed the seed of Abraham:

Joh 8:37 I know that ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.

Sadly, Jesus here while acknowledging they are Abraham's seed by birth, states what will be their downfall: "my word hath no place in you." The rejection of the Messiah by the physical or biological seed, or the seed under the law, of Abraham would lead to their destruction, the destruction of their Temple and their City and there scattering to the 4 corners of the earth. Those that didn't believe His Word, in whom His Word had no place, were doomed:

Joh 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

I am praying that those who are reading this are in accordance with what the Holy Spirit has revealed to us and many others.

Unfortunately, most of the "Church" today believes that a group of unsaved people calling themselves Jews and Israelites, living in a part of the land where ancient Israel was are the "Israel of God". I can assure you that the earliest disciples of Jesus did not believe that! This false belief leads to the "Strong Delusion" mentioned in 2nd Thessalonians Chapter 2 that started our article.

The belief that modern day, apostate, secular Israel is the true "Israel of God" gives moral and religious high ground to endless wars in the middle east. To the killing and horrible treatment of the people who rightly lived on the land that the unbelieving seed of Abraham was scattered from. A large portion of the modern "Church" support bringing back unbelieving people who call themselves Jews from all over the world and forcibly removing the existing owners, bulldozing their houses and sending them to refugee camps, imprisoning them, torturing them, and depriving them of the necessities of life. Many of today's "Churches" actually send money to Israel to accomplish these attrocities, called "Settlements". They actually believe God will bless them for it. Strong Delusion.

At this time, the U.S. and Israel are on the verge of starting World War III because Iran threatens to develop nuclear energy. Iran, a country that has not attacked another country in the entire history of the United States, is the target of international economic sanctions because it wants to develop nuclear energy. Modern day Israel has between 200 and 300 nuclear weapons and no one says anything about that. But if Iran wants to develop nuclear energy the U.S. and Israel and their allies in hypocrisy and blood and oil lust are willing to start W.W. III over that. And the modern day Church cheers on the agressors and uses their political connections to try to push through ever more extreme measures through Congress until they have the war they desire, which may well bring on a world wide catastrophe. Strong Delusion.

The second verse used most by the apostates is:

Dan 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

This much misinterpreted verse is used by the apostates to say "he" the anti-christ, shall make a peace treaty with the new Israel, which will then rebuild the Temple and live under the Mosaic law again. In Bible prophecy one week equals 7 years and in the middle of the 7 years the anti-christ will turn on Israel, "cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease" by sitting in the rebuilt Temple, calling himself God and demand that the "Israelites" worship him. They'll refuse and then the anti-christ will destroy most of the world and the "Israelites" except for a remnant and at the last moment Jesus will return and the remnant will then accept Him as Messiah and they'll be saved, and so will all Israel be saved too. Of course the "Church" according to these end time delusions, will be gone already, raptured away before God pours out His vengeance on the unbelievers. Sound like a fairy tale? That's because it is!

2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

2Ti 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

In truth, which we strive for and has been received through the Holy Spirit, the prophecy the Angel Gabriel gave to Daniel has already been fulfilled! It concerns the 70 weeks or 490 years from the return of the Israelites to their lands from their Babylonian captivity, the rebuilding of the Temple in times of trouble, to the destruction of the Temple and Jerusalem after the rejection of Jesus Christ by the physical seed of Abraham.

Jesus Himself predicted it, that and more, the cost of their rejecting Him:

Mat 23:32 Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.
Mat 23:33 Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?
Mat 23:34 Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:
Mat 23:35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.
Mat 23:36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.
Mat 23:37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
Mat 23:38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
Mat 23:39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

Or, until they accept Jesus as the Messiah! For you, for me, for anyone, Jew or gentile, the only way to Salvation is Jesus Christ!

Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Mat 11:27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.

And again Peter under the influence of the Holy Spirit prophesies to the Jews in the Synagogue:

Act 3:13 The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go.
Act 3:14 But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you;
Act 3:15 And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.
Act 3:16 And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.
Act 3:17 And now, brethren, I wot that through ignorance ye did it, as did also your rulers.
Act 3:18 But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.
Act 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
Act 3:20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:
Act 3:21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.
Act 3:22 For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you.
Act 3:23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.
Act 3:24 Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.
Act 3:25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
Act 3:26 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.

A merciful, loving God even after they killed His only begotten Son, still had His servants preaching the Gospel to them and some listened, some did indeed convert and be healed! But most did not and they "which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people." After Jerusalem was destroyed by the Romans, the Jews which survived were scattered over the face of the earth, those that were saved beforehand were long gone and not harmed by the destruction of the Temple or Jerusalem itself! From either the mouth of our Lord and Savior or by the Holy Spirit of God they were warned what was going to happen to the unbelieving Jews and were led away. A remarkable story of prophecy fulfilled and something we can all put our faith in and get strength and courage from, amen!

So Brethren, have the Jews in Modern day Israel accepted Jesus? No they haven't, in fact, it's illegal to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to Jews in Israel! Punishable by deportation and up to 5 years imprisonment. Now anyone reading this, can you tell me they are the "Israel of God"? Do you still believe that? If so, you too are a victim of "Strong Delusion"!

Let us return to Gen 12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee:

How could we as disciples of Jesus Christ bless anyone more so than to preach the true Gospel to them? In fact what the Jewish and Christian Zionist apostates are doing is cursing those in modern day secular Israel and themselves! How so? By supporting those that won't allow the Gospel of Jesus Christ to be preached! But as is the case in modern "Israel" those who preach the Gospel to the Jews in that country will be deported, and or imprisoned, what's the Biblical answer?

Mat 10:14 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.
Mat 10:15 Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.
Mar 6:11 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.
Luk 9:5 And whosoever will not receive you, when ye go out of that city, shake off the very dust from your feet for a testimony against them.
Luk 10:10 But into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say,
Luk 10:11 Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
Luk 10:12 But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.
Luk 10:13 Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
Luk 10:14 But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment, than for you.
Luk 10:15 And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell.
Luk 10:16 He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.

As disciples of Jesus Christ we are called to make disciples of, or preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all the nations of the earth, and if a certain house or city or nation rejects the Gospel, then it's clear from the above verses what we are to do, and also clear what God will do. Don't be deceived into supporting the rich men of the earth that oppress us, don't give them a moral or religious high ground to use in their wars of empire, in their raping and pillaging of the peoples of the earth. Do not have the blood that they have on their hands on your hands also. The secular nations of Israel and the United States and others will indeed continue to kill the innocent and steal the lands and resources of the earth, but, as Christians, we should have absolutely no part in it! Repent from not loving the truth of the Gospel and be healed of the "Strong Delusion".

God bless you and yours,

Jesus' Call to Social Justice

Mat 22:35 Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying,

Mat 22:36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?

Mat 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

Mat 22:38 This is the first and great commandment.

Mat 22:39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Mat 22:40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Love your neighbor as you love your self. Radical.
If we all did that, what a wonderful world this would be.

Our point here is to emphasize the importance to which Jesus attaches to social justice, or how we treat each other. It is the second greatest commandment!

Many Christians love God or at least say they do, but how many truly love their neighbors as themselves? No where near as many even pretend to do that. Many "Christians" go to Church on Sundays, sing and shout and on Monday through Saturday could care less how their neighbors are doing. Many of us go out of our way to avoid them when we know they need our help, our time, our ...GASP! ... Money!

Some of us say to ourselves, "I've worked hard for everything I have and if they'd just work hard like me they wouldn't need my help", or, "I'm not giving them anything, they'll just go out and use it on drugs", or, "why should they raise my taxes so that those lazy welfare mothers can stay home while I work so hard", there is a host of excuses that sound good until you put them under the light of the Scriptures:

Mat 7:1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
Mat 7:2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
Mat 7:3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Mat 7:4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
Mat 7:5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

Mat 5:42 Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.

I know that we've all been persuaded at times by corrupt, demagogic preachers and politicians to think like the world does, but the Lord Jesus Christ commands us to love our neighbors as ourselves.

Who is our neighbor?

Luk 10:29 But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour?
Luk 10:30 And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
Luk 10:31 And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
Luk 10:32 And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.
Luk 10:33 But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,
Luk 10:34 And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
Luk 10:35 And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.
Luk 10:36 Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?
Luk 10:37 And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.

Notice how Jesus said a priest and a Levite went right by the wounded traveler. Sounds again like the hypocritical group of people that call themselves Christians these days. They'll yell at the top of their lungs for a Constitutional amendment to ban Gay Marriage, or for prayer in schools , and then go out of their way to avoid helping their neighbor in need. They'll sing God Bless America and get all warm and fuzzy about the flag and turn away from the 50 million Americans with no health care. They say little or nothing about the ever-widening gap between the rich and the poor, the 37 million Americans that live in poverty, but crow about how they turned the election for a guy who said he was a Christian. They pray for the soldiers in the middle east and say little or nothing for the over a million innocents who have perished already in that war.

Hypocrites!

In light of the Scriptures above how do you think Jesus is going to react to the behavior of many "Christians" towards their neighbors?

Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Mat 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Luk 22:31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
Luk 22:32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

Mat 26:41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

Let's continue to pray for our faith to overcome the world through Jesus Christ! To be led away from temptation to sin, to believe in the promises of our Lord and not doubt, and to not believe the lies of the enemy. To be delivered from evil and to offer ourselves as little children, humble and obedient.

Pray without ceasing, and never forget that we WILL overcome the world through Christ!

No matter what your bank account says, no matter what the mortgage company says, no matter what your landlord, or employer says believe and do not doubt, you'll overcome through Jesus, you may not get what you want, but you'll get what you need. Believe it.

Having Peace in the midst of a Storm

It seems when we set our mind to do that which is right, that which we know the Lord is calling us to do, then our enemy attacks us. He doesn't seem to bother us much when we're being slothful, or just a Sunday Christian.

We set our minds to turn away from the sins that so easily beset us and go for our ministerial work with all our energy and then health and financial problems came at us in a matter of days! How do we overcome the snares of the enemy?

Jesus tells us that is about faith! Do a search for the word faith in the four Gospels and do you know how many times Jesus mentions faith? 29 times! Here are a few scriptures concerning what He had to say about faith:

Mat 6:30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?

Mat 8:26 And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.

Mat 9:22 But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

Mat 14:31 And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?

Mat 17:20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Luk 7:50 And he said to the woman, Thy faith hath saved thee; go in peace.

Luk 22:31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
Luk 22:32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

Reading our Lord's Words we see that faith in God is the key to overcoming the world. Have faith that He will provide our daily needs, He will deliver us through the storms of life, He will heal us, He will strengthen us so we can overcome the enemy and then we'll be able to go and help our brothers and sisters to overcome as well. It all starts with faith though!

Faith that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God, He did die for our sins, we are forgiven and made joint heirs with Him, He will never leave us nor forsake us no matter how much the enemy wants us to believe otherwise. He delivered us before and He will deliver us again! He will heal us even though the doctors say contrary. He will give you the strength and peace to get through this trial even though you feel like you just can't take it.

Rejoice in Him!

Joh 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Believe His Words, do not let the enemy talk you out of them! Think back to when He delivered you from a crisis before and have faith in Him.

Heb 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

God bless you and strengthen you and when you overcome in Him, let your testimony help your brethren to overcome also!

It's Been A While...

We must apologize for not writing more for our ministry, and that is indeed what we look at it as: a ministry.

Mat 13:22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

We must confess that we indeed had let the cares of this world choke off the Word and it definitely made us unfruitful. We're now ready to get back to doing the work that the Lord has set before us and to overcome until the end!

How do you overcome to the end?

Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

God Damn America?

Over the course of the past week, we have witnessed a lot of outrage over the words of Reverend Jeremiah Wright, the pastor of southern Chicago's Trinity United Church of Christ. What seemed to cause the most contempt for the man was the following statement:

"The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes athree-strike law and then wants us to sing 'God Bless America.' No, no, no, God damn America, that's in the Bible for killing innocent people. God damn America for treating our citizens as less than human. God damn America for as long as she acts like she is God and she is supreme."

America is actually the enemy of God, more appropriately the ruling interests in America, the unelected few who determine what America does, are the enemies of God. Through a manipulating mainstream media and brain-washing from birth America's citizens are mostly ignorant of, or approve of America's actions, without really knowing the truth. There are a rare few who stand up and say this is wrong, but they are usually disposed of in some way or marginalized as extremists, fringe elements not to be taken seriously. As you try to expose the truth, you'll discover that most people do not want to know the truth!

Did we say brain-washed? How can we say that? How else can you explain the fact that most Americans see their country as a force for good in the world, when in fact, as Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. said "America is the greatest purveyor of violence in the world" and it still is true over 40 years later. Since the early 1960s America has been responsible for the deaths of well over 2.5 million people, most civilians, tragically deemed to be America's "enemies". Anywhere from 1.5 to 3 million Vietnamese were killed in America's involvement there, a war based on lies, just as the latest war is based on lies, and now over 1 million Iraqis are dead. Yet when a person such as Rev. Wright says "God damn America" the populace are aghast and astounded and say collectively "why"? We have up to 4 and a half million reasons why, but due to the brain-washing, YES, brain-washing and manipulation by a controlled media most Americans cannot understand why anyone could say such a thing about America.

Think of it like this: A nation is responsible (directly, and indirectly responsible for thousands upon thousands more) for the deaths of approximately 4.5 million people, again, mostly civilians, and again in wars based on known lies by the people who started them, what would you call that nation? If it were any other country you'd call them what they are: murderers, butchers, barbarians and worse. But since it's America, and since the populace is lied to and brain-washed from birth, most go on thinking that whatever America does is God's will or the right course of action. More importantly what does God say about America? We can look to the 10 Commandments for the answers:

Exo 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Such as money and the pursuit of hegemony.

Exo 20:13 Thou shalt not kill.

America has broken this one, again, up to 4 and half million times in the last 50 years alone, and many more times if you go back to the origins of this nation.

Exo 20:15 Thou shalt not steal.

Elections, money from the poor, resources from other countries, etc.

Exo 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

Such as they attacked our warships, unprovoked, off their coasts, or they have weapons of mass destruction and can kill us in 45 minutes or less!

Exo 20:17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

Anything of thy neighbors, their oil, their land, not anything!

So America having broken God's commandments so many times, and we've only discussed the tip of the iceberg here, how can anyone stand on moral ground and say "how dare he say 'God damn America'"?

The more appropriate question is why should God bless America?

Who Are My Brethren?

The term"unity" is the new catchphrase in many churches today. We are told that Jesus wants us all to be united, the "us" being those who claim Jesus Christ as our Savior. We are told that it doesn't matter what our doctrinal differences are, as long as we all agree that Christ is the Messiah and we accept Him as our personal Lord and Savior.

I definitely agree that Jesus wants His Church to be united. We don't have to use conjecture on this, because He said it quite plainly when He prayed to the Father "That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me." (John 17:21)

But this then begs the questions: Who are we supposed to be one with? Is it anyone who claims to believe in Jesus Christ? Do the doctrinal differences between us make any difference?

Fortunately, Jesus answered these questions also.....

Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee. But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. (Matthew 12:47-50)

So Jesus is trying to point out here that our blood ties no longer matter too much, but rather, it is our spiritual ties that bind us together as one. But who are we to be one with?

Whosoever shall do the will of the Father which is in Heaven.

Doing the will of the Father certainly encompasses accepting Christ as your Savior, but it would seem that the wording implies that there is more to it than that. This is only the first step.

Which brings us to the doctrinal aspects of becoming one with one another. We know that God rejoices in the Truth, and that He desires His creation to know the Truth. In the Gospel of John, chapter 14, Jesus makes these profound statements:

If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me. These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. (John 14:23-26)

These Scriptures are extremely important for several reasons:

1) Jesus clearly states that His Words are the Words of the Father. In other words, the teachings of Christ represent the will of the Father.

2) Jesus states that those who love Him will keep His words (teachings), but we will know those who do not love Him because they will not keep His sayings. (teachings)

3) Those that believe on Christ will receive the Comforter, the Holy Ghost, Who will teach us ALL things!

Notice that Jesus doesn't say that those who believe His words, but rather, those who keep His words. The original Greek word used there is tereo, which means "to attend to carefully, to observe, take care of, to guard."

Wow!

Let me tell you something, friends...you can turn on any religious channel and very rarely will you find someone actually tereo-ing the teachings of Christ! They are very good at explaining them away, however.

"Jesus didn't really mean to love our enemies, what He meant was......"

"Jesus didn't really mean that it's hard for a rich man to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, what He actually meant was....."

"Jesus didn't really mean that we're not to look at someone who is not our spouse and lust after them, what He meant was....."

"Jesus didn't really mean that we're not to store up our treasures here on earth, all He meant was......"

And I could, quite literally, go on and on here.

But the bottom line is this: Those that try to explain away the teachings of Christ, those that twist those teachings, pervert them, and try to make them more appealing to the flesh......According to Jesus Christ Himself, they do not truly love Him, and they are not His brothers and sisters. If they are not His brothers and sisters, then He surely doesn't want His followers, those that keep His teachings, to be united with those who don't!

So with that in mind, I will not be referring to those who pervert the Gospel as brothers or sisters. For clarification purposes, from this point forward I will be referring to these modern-day Pharisees as " apostates."

Webster's dictionary' defines apostasy as: "abandonment of a previous loyalty or defection." This reminds me of Jesus' warning to the church in Ephesus in Revelation chapter 2 when He said: thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

Many Christians today have left their first love. They have defected from solid, simple teaching in the Words of Christ. They have abandoned their previous loyalty to Him, in order to make the Christian "lifestyle" more palatable to the flesh. According to Jesus Himself, this is not acceptable.

There are many well-meaning Christians out there right now who are trying to adhere to His teachings, but they become confused and frustrated with the churches. The problem now is that apostasy is so rampant, especially here in the U.S., that it's difficult to break free from it. In order to separate yourself from the apostasy, it usually means that you will be looked at as a radical, a malcontent, an "extreme fundamentalist." When you try to warn others of their apostasy, you will be called judgemental and divisive. Some day, it may even cost you your life. These are not easy things to endure, and so many Christians won't even attempt it because they don't want to "rock the boat."

Well, our goal is to rock the boat as hard as we can, so that hopefully some will have the scales removed from their eyes before it's too late for them. The Church is struggling badly right now, laden down with false teachers, bad doctrine, and fleshly adherents. We need to be about the call Jesus put on us which is preaching the Good News to the lost, even to those who are lost but claim to be found.

And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him. (1 John 2:28,29)
