12:29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The
Lord our God is one Lord:
Mar
12:30 And
thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and
with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
Mar
12:31 And the
second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none
other commandment greater than these.
"What a cruel thing is war ... to fill our hearts with hatred instead of love for our neighbors, and to devastate the fair face of this beautiful world." - Robert E. Lee
Our Lord summed up all the commandments into two; All the laws into two things, simple and non-negotiable. General Lee summed up why war is the complete antithesis of the Lord's Commandments: It replaces the love that you should have in your heart for your fellow man with hate, thus allowing in divisions, false doctrines that are based on the desires of the flesh, and allowing Satan to divide and conquer those who let hatred of their neighbor into their hearts.
Love your neighbour as yourself means that when the Synagogue of Satan is spreading lies and false flag operations to get us to "hate" another country, or their ruler so much that we give no thought to the "collateral damage", just the feelings of hatred, of vengeance for supposed wrong doings:
Luk 10:29
But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my
neighbour?
Luk 10:30
And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves,
which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed,
leaving him half dead.
Luk 10:31 And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and
when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
Luk 10:32 And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and
looked on him,
and passed by on the other side.
Luk 10:33 But a certain
Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had
compassion on him,
Luk 10:34 And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in
oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took
care of him.
Luk 10:35 And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence,
and gave them
to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and
whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.
Luk 10:36 Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto
him that fell among the thieves?
Luk 10:37
And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.
The Lord used a Samaritan as the example of a true neighbour,
the Jews in Jesus' time on the earth considered them less than human, devils,
heretics, shunned, excommunicated. From
this we should clearly see that all men are our neighbors, the LORD expects us
to treat everyone the same, to love everyone as we love ourselves, or:
Mat 7:12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that
men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the
prophets.
Some would argue that there are some valid reasons to go to
war, and war is the Lord's will in some cases;
to say this is to say that Jesus Christ is a liar!
Mat 5:38 Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye
for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:
Mat 5:39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil:
but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.
Mat 5:40 And if any man will sue thee at the law, and
take away thy coat, let him have thy
cloke also.
Mat 5:41 And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile,
go with him twain.
Mat 5:42 Give to him that asketh thee, and from him
that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.
Mat 5:43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou
shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
Mat 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless
them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which
despitefully use you, and persecute you;
Mat 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father
which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good,
and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
Despite this clear teaching some still try to twist Jesus'
plain teachings on non-violence to justify war.
Some from ignorance, some for personal gain, some because of delusion-diseased
minds that crave blood, but all do so in error:
2Co
10:3 For though we walk in the
flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
2Co
10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare
are not carnal, but mighty through God
to the pulling down of strong holds;)
Eph 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord,
and in the power of his might.
Eph 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may
be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood,
but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness
of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Mat 26:52 Then said
Jesus unto him, Put
up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall
perish with the sword.
Finally,
some argue if we don't defend America against whoever the current enemy is then
we'll be defeated and won't be able to have "churches" and freedom of
religion, etc. To those who think like
that we would remind them that the true "Church", or body of Jesus
Christ's mission is not to save the world, but to make disciples of those that
are lost, to free them from the kingdoms of the world (that belong currently to
Satan), not conform to them. That
includes The United States of America, it is indeed one of Satan's kingdoms
(Mat 4:8-9). If you are going to a
"church" that is incorporated to the government, that prays for the
government, and its military forces, or encourages, or tolerates its members
joining, then that is a sign that the "church" and its leaders are
lost. You need to warn them to repent, and if they won't, you must leave! They
are part of the "church" that has fallen away (2Th 2:3), and has
joined itself to the world (Rev 17), and will be destroyed along with the rest
of end-time Babylon:
Rev 18:4
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my
people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her
plagues.
Daniel
Mark
